Game is so reliable to play anywhere, anytime, and have a blast. Satysfying victories, and defeats that help you grow as a player. It's nice too, that it only requires a small bit of data, just to connect your game, and during the match, it doesn't use anymore. 10/10 would recommend. PC version is definitely better though, but you can play it there or on your phone with the same progress and account.

Can't even install. I have over 1.5gb free on phone n 28gb free on SD n refuses to download n install. Thank u for DEV response however I have deleted the cache. The app does not give me an option to move it to SD card. I also looked thru android data n obb n can't locate it to move it to SD card. Clearly u should have added a button or straight up just installed on SD card if present. Yes u responded to my previous post but your suggestion didn't work. Game still unplayable

You should be able to somehow change between the mobile display and tablet display. The problem with me, is that my phone is 6+ inches. Because of this, hearthstone thinks my phone is a tablet and runs hearthstone on the tablet display. However, my phone can't really handle the tablet display and the gameplay is always really slow. It will be greatly appreciated if the developers could maybe add in a way to change between displays or do something else to resolve this problem. Thank you.

Still a joke they haven't fixed this yet. It keeps running the tablet screen mode on my mobile phone, it's unplayable. Blizzard support has been users. Also, they need to figure out how to prevent the phone from using 1.12GB of storage space.

Hello Blizzard. I seem to be running into an issue (for which I have sent in a report already however I'd like a more direct solution). This happened immediately after the install. Just after opening the app, I get the alert/prompt of: "Unfortunately, Hearthstone has stopped working". For reference: Phone: LG Stylo 2 Android version: 6.0.1

If you experience issues on an Android device, try clearing the Hearthstone app's cache data. Then move the game to your SD card and try launching it again. Keep in mind that running the game from the SD card may be slower due to read speeds.

You will need to clear the app data from the phone before attempting to transfer it to your SD card. Once you clear the data and move the app, launch it and it should install to the SD card. Please note however that running off of the SD card may be a little slower. Great game, been playing since beta and still love it. Might be a bit hard for new players to gather a card collection but blizzard have put in measures to help with this. Best thing about this app is it uses next to no data so you can use it on your mobile data. For a free game you won't find better value anywhere else, very easy to get into
This game is too hard to understand. The cards, the mechanics make no sense at all and are not intuitive. For example clicking on the scenery, while your in a game, changes the way the board looks but does not help you win. Clicking on things in a game should help you win! Without clicking there would be no game. Another bad thing is how much this game costs to play. It is around 10k dollars to get every card and even more with the card backs which are essential to winning the game
Hearthstone is a great game on P.C and tablets but on attempting to load this game on my Samsung Galaxy J5, the app crashes immediately. The amount of memory consumed by this app would be tolerable if it worked but unfortunately it doesn't. When combined with the lack of support from Blizzard when compared to other platforms such as iPhones and P.C this game is a waste of memory. Hopefully Blizzard will fix this issue eventually so that we can all play such an amazing game unhindered. Thankfuly they now have! Well done Blizzard!
My obsession.. Love the game, and all the continually added new content!! Ps. Blizzard, maybe lower the cost of the expansions a little, they seem just a bit high.. ;-) Other than that, everything is GREAT, keep it up! B-)
I just purchased the welcome bundle. It looked like it was gonna come with a random class legendary because is showed that on the right side of the screen before the purchase. I just opened all the packs and there was no legendary. I spent money and was mislead by by the way the bundle purchase screen looked. Very disappointed a would like a refund because almost all the cards I got were duplicates. Please respond to this rating because I don't know where to get customer support.

It can be the best of similar genre if there were more ways to earn gold. The current rate is tiring. Unless of course people want to pour in real money.
Amazing game! I love it and play it every day! The annoying thing was the huge amount of memory it takes on my Android phone. This issue seems to have bin fixed according to the update description... however, since the update my HS won't open anymore. The screen stays stuck in the Blizzard part. I tried deleting the app and download it again but the problem stays the same. Please fix this asap, I will change my rating to 5stars again when fixed.
I have found myself unable to play Hearthstone since the new update was released. The update does drastically reduce the download size, which is wonderful, however, since the update, I haven't been able to move the bulk of the game to my SD Card.
They finally changed the game's size! But there's still one problem... why isn't there a option to move it to your sd card? I think it would be great if we could move the data files over to the sd card
Did have 5 stars.. I can deal with mid shaman even aggro but pirate warrior has gone to far . Nerf it ASAP or I'm done with this game just awful. Also make this game storable mostly on SD CARD wth.added star because Saved a gb with new storage update. Please keep taking it down or making it go all on sd
It's fun but eventually it's just pay to win. And I mean to get high ranks...I can't tell you how many times I've tried to login and cant, yet can go on twitch and watch the pros that bring blizzard revenue playing...or play the same decks legends do and watch their stupid rng be perfect almost every game, yet I can go 3 or 4 games without seeing 1 critical card to change the swing...why do you think your account has a # by it...so they can adjust rng% accordingly...bottom line
What the hell happened with my decks and cards? Why is everything set back to nothing since the latest update? Edit: thanks a lot, please make easier to find the region change option

Hey Marcel, it sounds like you may be logging into the wrong Battlenet account or a region where you do not usually play. Before logging in, double check the email address and the region. Collections are not shared between regions, so if you enter the wrong one it can look like the account was reset. Man, I've had such a great gameplay expierence but my main problem is it takes up too much space. If it had a smaller package size (I know it's been recently updated ) this game would be my favorite mobile game.
I am using Huawei Mate 8, the game works like I am on PC or Tablet, its appears so small. Please let it work as a normal version on mobile.
Its a great game in overall. I can't find a replacement for this game, and thank god is constantly coming out with new ideas that changes the meta from time to time. I've been playing this game for so long on my phone, tablet and computer. There are 3 small problems especially for the phone. 1.its a bit laggy most probably my phone's problem. 2.it takes up a lot of space but the most recent update us quite helpful. 3.its free to play but literally pay to win. Put the problems away and it's still the best game ever!!!
Love the game, but of course its rather slow. Also eats up my battery, so concidering how long a few matches are, i wouldn't personally call it too portable. But still, otherthan that its the genuine game and i like it :)
Fun game but you should be able to get at least three packs for holidays like christmas or something. You barely ever get any packs which makes it extremely difficult for people who are new to the game to grow their card collection and keep playing.
Pls, optimise it for moto g4. Graphics are constantly lagging, hurts my eyes. I can play it better on my old phone (moto g3)... Fix it asap pls!
this update will change patch downloads to get update directly from blizzard servers. this is bad if you're Internet blocks game sites like battle. net. I like the full apk update better. Google play servers are not blocked
Crashes all the time when using mobile data. 0 crashes when using wi-fi. Am I doing something wrong or is this app works only with Wi-Fi ?? (Galaxy S7 Edge user, with 4G LTE)
Ever since the size update I'm unable to use the app. Sticks on Blizzard title screen and won't allow me to go any further. Have followed all troubleshooting suggestions, reached out for assistance from Blizzard on Facebook, forums and Twitter to no avail as well as sending through crash report every time I try it. Have uninstalled and reset multiple times. Totally ridiculous. Gutted to be missing out on this weeks tavern brawl too. Can't believe Blizzard hasn't even announced this as a known issue, total bs as I've seen lots of comments here and on Forums re this issue. Android Nexus phone, worked perfectly fine before update.

Takes brain to enjoy it :)... anyway the last update broke the game... on my samsung s4 active everytime i go for the sign in... it loads for like 1 minute then the "oops some spirits disturbed bla bla" text pops up... no way to log in anymore even reinstalled the app cleared cache everything.... nothing works
Your new update has been causing problems with my SD card. Being such a large app it only makes sense to put it on there, but I am unable to update the game for some reason. It says I don't have the space, but I have had this app on my phone many times in the past. I would really enjoy getting back into the game please if you could help resolve my problem I will give you guys a better rating.

I have been playing since beta (on PC) and it is currently the only game I have on all my platforms (mobile phones, iPad and PC). I am not good at it but it is so darn fun I don't mind losing over and over again!!
It has been horrible... connection issues on android. Every second game gets disconnected. I can make any headway in ranked play as I loss every game I get disconnected from... that is when the game actually start. If this is not fixed soon I am uninstalling the game for good!
Fix matchmaking so we vs ppl of our lvls im sick of vsing ppl with full deck of legendary when i dont have any. And fix overpowered mage it's not fun to vs or play!
I play this game everyday and love it but why does it need to take up so much storage space on Android? It's a card game ffs. Edit: latest updated has halved the amount of storage space the game now uses. Big respect to the devs for that
Every match ends up being 30 minutes now. People take way too long to take their turn. Why is there so much time allowed to take a turn? No one needs that much time and people wait till the end to troll people and prolong the match. Please fix this. I am not going to continue playing if the majority of my matches are 30 minutes long just to lose by some bullshit cards at the end. Maybe at least make it where if you lose three times you get the same thing as if you won once or else it starts to feel like a waste of time. Everyone seems to have the best decks now of days, so losing happens way more than not. Thank you for fixing the file size.
Superb game but since the recent update it flat out refuses to work on my android 7.1 phone. I get the blizzard logo and then it just dies. Worked so great before, lovely game.

If you're stuck on the "Waiting for Authorization" screen, open the game & stay on the screen for about 15 mins. This should allow for the purchase to complete or fail. If not, then you'll want to submit a ticket: http://blizz.ly/2ibfse1 Changed to 5 stars since they finally separated the data from the app so I don't have days of not being able to play every time they update. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I would still appreciate if you stopped making so many lotto cards. I'd prefer none but at least keep them to a minimum. In order to win based on skill you need to be an actuary with massive probability tables.
A highly simplistic card game with very little as far as variety goes and expansions highlight the designers' near-sighteedness when it comes to power and utility. Not very welcoming to new-comers and almost no real pay off for sticking with it.
Ranked rewards can be lacking sometimes. Also fixing the disconnect when tabbing out would be nice. Hate having to re log just for tabbing and reading a deck guide or something.
